RETURN & REFUND POLICY
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
You will only be eligible to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours from the time you made to order. Please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or hot line +1 (930) 876 6888 as soon as possible. After that time, we switch the order to processing status and you can no longer cancel or modify.
In view of the fact that our products are print-on-demand products, we will only start to print when you made to order, so we do not exchange or take returns when we have processed to print the products already.
WHEN I CAN RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT?
We will only replace another items for you unless the items you received has these problems as below:
- Incorrect Order: the product you received has some errors compared to the information you noted in your order such as size, style, color of the products, your address, your customized note, or the design in real product is significantly different from the design in products we advertised on the website…
- Bad quality: blurry/wrong color image.
- Defective/Damaged: due to the fault of our factory or the shipping service.
Please attach the photograph or video showing the specific problem with the product and the order number for us.
Please make sure the product is unwashed, unworn, unused and was received in the last 30 days.
We will replace another correct product for you in a short time as soon as possible. You don’t need to return the original item and we will resend you a replacement for free.
WHEN I CAN RECEIVE A REFUND?
We always would like to bring the best products & good service to customers so we will make a refund to you with some cases as below:
- Long shipping time: If your item has not arrived within 30 days for shirts and 45 days for accessories.
- Replaced item still wrong: the new item we replace for you is still not what you ordered.
Once again, please review all your information before submitting your order. Check your order information, size chart, style, color, spelling, names & options carefully if items are personalized products…

Kindly note that there might be a slight variation of up to 20% between the product image shown in our advertisements and the actual item. This difference can be attributed to factors such as lighting conditions during the photoshoot or variations in monitor displays.
At CapturingTheMemories, all products are made completely new after an order is made. If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the original order. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it until it reaches your doorstep. Once you have received the goods, if you encounter any issues with the product that stem from our side, we will arrange an exchange for a new product. In such cases, there is no need for you to return the defective product to us.
Please feel free to contact us via email, stating the reason for the return and providing product images if there is an issue with a defective product on our part, as mentioned above. We are here to assist you and ensure a smooth return process.
